Jack Wolofsky began his career as a design engineer for the original SNC (Arthur Surveyer, Emil Nenninger, Georges Chênevert), T Pringle and Son, and the Swiss owned Brown, Boveri & Cie (now ABB).

After projects in Montreal and Quebec City, he founded his own company in 1967 (Centennial Enterprises), and helped to contribute to the revitalization of Montreal’s downtown, Plateau, and McGill Ghetto neighbourhoods.

Notable amongst his projects are Montreal’s first senior’s residence, Le Manoir Outrement (1975), built in conjunction with SCHL (Société Canadienne D’Hypothèques et de Logement), and Quebec’s first condominium development, Le Manoir Montpellier (1977), in Ville Saint-Laurent.

Over the past four decades, he has continued to innovate and develop large scale buildings all over Quebec and Ontario. Presently, Caneagle Developments operates under a full staff with Wolofsky still at the helm of the company.
